35MM Darkroom Silver Halide Photographs.
Documentation of photographs in traversed spaces and viewed as a typology.
Portrait photographs are made to create a specific connection between the person represented and the viewer. The essence of nostalgia and memory created from this connection between viewer and object of representation is limited by the individual, set viewpoint given. To expand upon this idea, generation of context and placement creates a more integral portrayal of the specificity of moment. From here allowing to re-contextualize the intent of the photograph by the environment and other objects caught within the frame, and illicit a transformed perspective of the portrayed.
